Product Engineer - Insight Global : Job Details

Must Haves:

• BA in electrical or manufacturing engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product industrialization, manufacturing, or test engineering, with a focus on production line optimization and managing supplier relationships
• Ability to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 4 weeks of travel per year may be required)
• Familiarity with FDA or regulated environment documentation
• Familiarity with coding language basics
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a focus on process improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A client of Insight Global is Seeking a Product Industrialization Engineer to facilitate seamless product transitions from development to mass production, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. The Product Industrialization Engineer is responsible for leading the transition of products from development to mass production by collaborating with vendors, enhancing manufacturing processes, driving cost-saving initiatives, and supporting new product and software releases. This person will also be working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
