Product Lead - Five Pack : Job Details

Product Transformation Leadership:

Five Pack is seeking a Product Coach to drive business agility across multiple product teams by leveraging expertise in product management, agile frameworks, and lean practices. As a Product Coach, you will use your extensive practical experience to solve real-world challenges, guiding leaders and teams to adopt and advocate new methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide leaders and product teams in embracing business agility

- Coach and mentor teams to adopt a product mindset, agile principles, and human-centered design to deliver high-value products.

- Foster a collaborative, empowered culture that promotes business agility.

- Design and develop facilitator-led materials on product and agile practices.

- Assess team practices, build trust, and recommend improvements for greater agility.

- Develop learning strategies for product managers, product owners, and other leaders.

- Provide technical guidance to development teams on best practices and DevOps.

- Facilitate the implementation of Agile at Scale, ensuring effective tool utilization.

- Define and track key performance indicators for agile initiatives.

- Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement forums.

- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master s degree preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years in Product coaching, with a focus on technical environments.

- Proven track record in leading Product transformations within large organizations.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of software development processes and technical best practices.

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

Certifications:

- SAFe Program Consultant or equivalent Scaling certifications.

Communication:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Leadership:

- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
