In this role, you will:
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to deeply understand internal customer use cases, leveraging data insights to shape your roadmap.
- Navigate ambiguity to drive results, building strong relationships with key internal partners to align priorities and provide data-driven use cases for our engineering teams.
- Own and drive parts of our cross-industry product Point of View and directional roadmap, focusing on how data analytics can enhance partner integrations.
- Lead the vision, strategy, and development of industry-specific solutions, emphasizing the role of data analytics in solving business challenges.
- Work with Product Managers across other clouds (e.g., Marketing, IoT, Einstein) to identify data-driven opportunities for leveraging, extending, and optimizing solutions for various industries.
- Collaborate with Engineering to specify, detail, and build data-centric product features that drive business value, ensuring a robust release process.
- Partner with industry experts to define and prioritize business problems to solve, leveraging data to amplify impact across the team.
- Engage with customers, partners, ISVs, and product ambassadors to prioritize features based on data insights and user feedback.
- Represent company as a product expert at customer interactions, industry events, community forums, and social media, focusing on the role of data analytics in driving product success.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years in product management or related roles, with a focus on data-driven decision-making in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Proven experience or willingness to learn about enterprise architecture and how data integrates within it.
- Strong skills in building and launching data-centric products, with a solid understanding of business implications.
- Ability to work effectively within a team of Product Managers, recognizing interdependencies and leveraging shared insights to enhance functionality.
- Experience collaborating with Development Engineers, Quality Engineers, User Experience specialists, and Content Experience specialists to provide clear direction and ensure successful delivery of data-driven solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data interpretation and application.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
