Who You'll Work WithYou will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to align product strategy with business goals. Collaboration will be key as you partner with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and gather feedback, and work alongside marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Who You AreYou have a solid understanding of data center technologies, market trends, and customer needs. You can develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps. Your project management and organizational skills come to you naturally allowing you to effectively handle multiple priorities and partners. You possess analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Your outstanding communication and presentation abilities enable you to effectively convey sophisticated technical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners. You are a collaborative individual, capable of working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority. Proficiency in product management tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite is highly encouraged.

What You'll DoAs a Product Manager in our Data Center Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap. You will identify market opportunities, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business goals. Additionally, you will lead the product development process, run the entire product lifecycle, collaborate with various teams, track performance, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management. Your solid understanding of data center technologies, industry trends, and customer requirements will be crucial in driving product differentiation, innovation, and success.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or computer science or equivalent experience in Product Management
  • 5-7 years experience in Engineering Product Management
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps successfully
  • Track record of effectively leading multiple priorities and partners in project management
  • Proficiency in product management tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in the data center industry, particularly in leading data center products and solutions with in-depth knowledge of data center technologies, industry trends, and customer requirements
  • Proficient communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Certification in product management or related fields
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in Data Center Networking
