Job Details The Opportunity: The Product Manager for the Established Products Group (EPG) will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing strategy and driving promotional execution for key EPG brands. This includes leading all promotional efforts and executing plans across both Healthcare Professional (HCP), Patient channels as well as leading Patient Advocacy plans.The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing a high impact personal and non-personal promotional tactics to stimulate brand growth within the EPG portfolio, with a primary focus on the Coagulation and Alpha-1 markets. The ideal candidate will be insight-driven, using research and data to inform a clear and actionable execution plan.This role requires strong collaboration with cross-function teams such as Patient Services, Patient Engagement, and healthcare systems. the Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive management and execution of multi-channel promotional programs. Additionally, exceptional project management skills are essential, as the candidate will oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, providing clear direction to internal teams and external partners. The ability to foster a collaborative environment and track program results in alignment with yearly objectives is also critical. The Role:
  • Reporting to the Marketing Director for EPG, the individual will support and execute the annual tactical marketing plan for patient and HCP segments with input for key EPG Brands.
  • Co-Create w/ Director the development and execution of an efficient and effective multi-channel promotional program for Zemaira and Humate-P including digital, website, mobile, email/CRM, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to reinforce HCP/Patient messaging and call to action to increase new patient start and drive switching.
  • Identify opportunities for cost and/or program efficiencies for campaign optimization.
  • Manage all aspects of convention execution and enhance relationships with key patient advocacy groups.
  • Provide direction to agency and vendor partners to ensure quality and timely completion of deliverable or services, within budget.
  • Build effective working relationships with key internal and external customers, including cross functional partners, thought leaders and patient advocacy groups.
  • Effectively work across multiple functional areas by positively building and leveraging relationships influencing others in a cross-functional, team-first environment.
  • Manage the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of new materials to enable responsible and compliant consumer communications.
  • Manage budgets and closely monitor performance, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all programs.
Your skills and experience:
  • Bachelors' degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years' marketing experience with 1-2 years' experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry
  • Strong marketing acumen with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience developing and executing a wide range of successful online and offline tactics, including digital, print, video, and CRM.
  • Exhibiting passion and empathy to build meaningful experiences with consumers by understanding their needs and desires.
  • Experience marketing directly to consumers/patients for activation through retention.
  • Experience applying market research with an understanding of relevant pharmaceutical marketing tools effective within the respective region.
