Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with expertise in Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud, and a strong background in Ad-Tech organizations. This role will contribute to driving the product vision, working closely with sales teams to set up and manage sales reports and related tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce practices, to ensure successful product outcomes from conception through implementation and support.Key Responsibilities •Contribute to driving the product vision that aligns with cross-domain market needs and business viability. •Perform primary and secondary research to inform product and platform strategy. •Translate product value roadmaps into actionable deliverables for cross-functional teams. •Collaborate with product design, technology, and data science teams to drive product development. •Draft clear user stories and ensure alignment with product teams. •Gather, prioritize, and manage product requirements effectively. •Track and drive product metrics, ensuring alignment with OKRs and business goals. •Support product demos and provide regular status updates. •Ensure adherence to modern product management practices and standards. •Collaborate with Salesforce practices for evaluation and input. •Work closely with sales teams to establish sales reports and related tools. Required Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. •5+ years of experience in product management, with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud. •Proven experience working with sales teams, setting up sales reports, and managing sales operations. •Strong background in Ad-Tech organizations. •Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills. •Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product management practices. Preferred Qualifications •Experience with Salesforce certifications. •Understanding of OKRs and experience in tracking product metrics. •Previous experience supporting product demos and stakeholder presentations.
