The Product Manager II will manage initiatives related to an internal facing software product. The initiatives will focus on improving business calculations as well as streamlining internal business operations. They will work with internal end users and a scrum team to improve our products, address new challenges, and drive business outcomes for Aya. They need to be able to break down a complex and technical roadmap into software requirements that iteratively deliver value, and also be able to effectively communicate a business-focused vision to our stakeholders.
This person will be working PST or MST business hours.

What We Offer:
Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $140,000 to $155,000.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your managers discretion.
