This position is part of the Global Marketing team located in Fargo, ND and will be fully remote. You will be a part of the DNA Product Management Team and report to the Director, Product Management - Innovation responsible for defining the portfolio strategy, advancing the product pipeline, and launching new products to the market.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead:

* Strategic Support: Lead user needs and design specifications for new product initiatives, ensuring quality, manufacturability, and service targets are rigorously met. Champion early-stage product development by developing business cases to drive long-term revenue and margin growth.

* Customer and Market Insights: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs through comprehensive market research and foster robust customer relationships. Develop and communicate product insights, positioning, and value propositions across the organization, aligning with senior leadership and stakeholders.

* Market Expertise: Build and maintain subject matter expertise in product lines and target markets through regular analysis of trends, competitive landscape, channels, and industry standards. Leverage Danaher Business Systems (DBS) toolkits to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) across all product aspects.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Commercial, Quality) to ensure successful product development and launch.

* Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with Commercial Product Management to support decisions regarding product lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and successful product transitions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology or similar discipline. Marketing or Business will also be considered with relevant industry experience.

* Minimum of 4 or more years of professional experience in Product Management / Marketing to include upstream marketing prior to product launch . Practiced experience with toll gates and thorough understanding of product development process for life sciences / cell biology / DNA.

* Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept through commercialization.

* Excellent communication skills capable of influencing and collaborating across teams. Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

* Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

* MBA or advanced technical credential is highly desirable.

* Ability to work remotely , central US or eastern US location preferred.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
