Product Manager - Fourth FLOOR : Job Details

Our notable heritage brand client, is seeking a dynamic and passionate product manager to join their exceptional team!

*Remote, must be based in the SF Bay Area

Responsibilities:

• Oversees product from creation to execution with brand integrity in mind
• Collaborates closely with the global team to align with company goals
• Analyzes reporting, inventory and sales trends
• Partners with cross-functional sales, marketing and retail team to implement strategies
• Ensures consistent and clear brand vision
• Initiates brand presentation standard and values
• Provides regular and consistent communications to senior team
• Supports selling team with tools and strategies
• Adheres to project deadline and timelines
• Stays up to date on current knowledge of emerging trends
• Travels domestically and internationally as needed
• Develops and mentors junior team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in business, Industrial Design, Marketing or related field
• 3+ years of experience in margin analysis and inventory management
• 3+ years in product design and product development
• Experience in wholesale, retail management or e-comm management in footwear industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of the fashion industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulations in relations to manufacturing, product safety
• Prior managerial experience or developing team members.
• Exceptional verbal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficient Microsoft Outllok, Word and Power Point
• SAP experience, a plus
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be a self starter
