Global Payments Solutions (GPS) supports Commercial Banking and Global Banking clients by providing cash management solutions to corporate and financial institutions.

The Senior Liquidity Product Manager role is part of US Liquidity and Investments Solutions team. The role holder will be responsible for P&L management, product development, commercialization, and product planning. This role will require close collaboration with key stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Service, Operations, Technology, and Market Treasury.

The role will focus on managing deposits and cash management solutions. This includes enhancing value proposition through new deployments, structuring client solutions, driving decisions and managing deposit pricing to deliver positive client and business impact.

As our Product Manager you will:

* Drive product P&L profitability and performance ensuring close alignment with deposit strategies

* Partner with Treasury to define hedging strategies and support entity balance sheet needs

* Set, develop, and execute product roadmap and define success measures

* Collaborate across products, functions, and lines of business to set policies, identify opportunities, and deliver optimal client experience

* Gather competitive data, stay current on industry developments and client needs to shape product strategy

* Manage risk across the portfolio by complying with product governance activities and proactively addressing gaps in existing offering

* Embrace and instill continuous improvement culture by proactively identifying areas of opportunity

* Become an integral member of Global Payments Solutions organization working to achieve regional and global objectives

* Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $128,100.00 and $192,200.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

Youll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

* Minimum bachelor's degree with at least 8 years' experience in Liquidity product management or relevant discipline

* Deep understanding of treasury management function including understanding of liquidity and balance sheet management

* Effective communication skills capable of creating concise and impactful presentations tailored to senior audience

* Outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches and effectively communicate findings

* Strong commercial acumen able to advise internal and external stakeholders

* Initiative-taker with proven history of meeting and exceeding performance targets

* Ability to navigate large organizations and partner with stakeholders to accomplish goalss

* Experience managing multiple deliverables in a challenging environment
