Job Description
- Background and experience in product management (Ideally in customer experience orchestration)
- Must be proficient in MS Office tools. Specifically planning tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet's.
- Must have demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects/priorities. Ideally omnichannel related.
- Must have strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Working knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical markets and customers.
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development and writing of use cases and user stories.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore Content Management system, & Google analytics would all be beneficial.
- Proven ability to interact with employees from a variety of functional areas.
- Understanding of the health care system and its influence on the pharmaceutical business and products preferred.
- Specific education and experience requirements:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, tech or related fields required.
- Therapeutic Area knowledge preferred.
