Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to support the implementation and launch of a membership-based program. This role will play a pivotal part in the successful execution of mobile and web-based digital solutions, as well as the continuous evolution of the website and dining systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across business, technology, and vendor teams to define features and functionality.
- Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, and other deliverables (e.g., project briefs, scope documents, and prioritized needs).
- Utilize tools like Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet to document and track progress.
- Partner with creative, technology, legal, finance, and other functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Serve as the product management representative in all activities related to the launch of the membership and member website.
- Support defect triage by working with technical, creative, and production teams to identify and resolve root causes, while escalating blockers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels through presentations, email, and formal/informal meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of product management or related experience.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver digital and tech solutions.
- Experience collaborating with technology, design, project management, business, and user experience teams.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including leading stakeholder requirements sessions.
- Strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to execute ideas effectively.
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical, user, and business issues in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Additional Details:
- Hybrid work schedule with typical in-office days on Tuesdays.
- During onboarding, the Product Manager may be asked to work in-office twice a week for smoother integration.
