Work Setting: Hybrid in Kissimmee, FL (1 day onsite/week, 3 days remote/week)

Compensation: $64.52/hour on W2

Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), Monday-Friday

Term: 1-year contract with potential to convert fulltime

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to support the implementation and launch of a membership-based program. This role will play a pivotal part in the successful execution of mobile and web-based digital solutions, as well as the continuous evolution of the website and dining systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across business, technology, and vendor teams to define features and functionality.
  • Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, and other deliverables (e.g., project briefs, scope documents, and prioritized needs).
  • Utilize tools like Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet to document and track progress.
  • Partner with creative, technology, legal, finance, and other functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Serve as the product management representative in all activities related to the launch of the membership and member website.
  • Support defect triage by working with technical, creative, and production teams to identify and resolve root causes, while escalating blockers as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels through presentations, email, and formal/informal meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management or related experience.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver digital and tech solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with technology, design, project management, business, and user experience teams.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including leading stakeholder requirements sessions.
  • Strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to execute ideas effectively.
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for technical, user, and business issues in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Details:

  • Hybrid work schedule with typical in-office days on Tuesdays.
  • During onboarding, the Product Manager may be asked to work in-office twice a week for smoother integration.
