Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Product Manager at ChronicCareIQ in Alpharetta, GA. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of core products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, defining product strategies, and ensuring product success in the market.
What you will do?
- Gains thorough understanding of product and customer's needs
- Translates business goals and end user needs into product strategy
- Communicates product priorities to the development team
- Identifies goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product progress
- Continually makes recommendations and refinements to the product backlog
- Conducts end user research to identify new features and product enhancements
- Monitors competitive landscape to ensure products remain best in class
- Ensures product is aligned with company priorities to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Documents, reviews and ensures that all quality and change control standards are met
- Creates, prioritizes and accepts user stories from sales, marketing and customer support teams
- Identifies pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies and value with features and enhancements
- Leads development life-cycle processes: iteration planning sessions, product demos, retrospectives, and roadmap planning
- Condenses complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders
- Advocates for the client staff by empathizing with and understanding their needs and becoming the domain expert
- Regularly works with the product team to continuously assess progress, disseminate lessons learned, and understand next steps
- Clearly communicates at all levels (Leadership Team, Product Team, Custom Success, Sales)
- Regular demos product to internal teams and performs customer webinars for new features
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management
- 5+ years of relevant health care experience, especially in the remote care management and/or ambulatory space
- Great personality and excellent communication skills
- Agile and/or Scrub processes
- Working understanding of database models
- Strong knowledge of technical trade offs between short term fixes vs. long term solutions
Preferred Experience:
- Previous technical experience (like qa, dev or product support)
- Database (SQL) or BI experience
Education and Experience:
- College degree required
- 7-10+ years of relevant job experience
