Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and user needs.

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to internal teams and external partners.
• User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Analytics: Monitor product performance using data and analytics, leveraging insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Problem Solving: Address product challenges, balancing competing priorities and managing trade-offs effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
• Customer Focus: Deep understanding of user-centered design and experience solving customer pain points.
• Technical Fluency: Ability to collaborate with engineers and understand the technical implications of product decisions.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track product performance.
