In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance our eSign API product offerings, while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Maestro/Extensibility/DevCenter) to create low-code to no-code eSign experiences for our IAM customers. We are looking for a motivated and visionary PM who understands developers and can build experiences to help businesses/partners easily bring Docusign experiences into their processes and systems. If you are a self-starter with a track record of success in technical product management, we want to hear from you!This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead Technical Product Manager.ResponsibilityDefine and drive the product strategy for improving and increasing the adoption of core eSign APIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Maestro/Extensibility/DevCenter) to define and prioritize features enabling eSign experiences in the IAM platformConduct market research and analyze user feedback to find opportunities for product innovation and improvementCreate modular eSign experiences that can be reused in the IAM platform using technical and systems knowledgeWork closely with engineering teams to ensure product requirements are clearly defined and understoodDefine and track OKRs to measure the health/status/success of the product and make data-driven decisionsCoordinate with many internal/external partners with direct access to cross functional leaders of the P&T teamsMonitor/analyze competitive landscape to identify potential threats/opportunities and incorporate a data backed experiment driven approach to realize positive outcomesMentor and coach junior product managers across teams on product management best practicesCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to create product positioning for developer productsIdentify and resolve potential product issues and customer pain points proactivelyJob DesignationHybrid:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasic5+ years of technical product management experience Experience building public facing APIs and developer experiencesExperience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer SupportPreferredAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to align strategy, customer need, research, data and industry trendsExcellent written communication skills including authoring effective product requirement documentsExcellent communicator able to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences to create shared understanding, resolve conflict, and obtain actionable consensusWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salaryWashington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
