    • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering and experience turning ambiguous issues into clear and concise projects.
    • Experience working with UI designers and user researchers to identify and solve user issues.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.       • Drive increased reach for Main App by launching on new devices and form factors.
      • Improve and modernize the visual design of our web products.
      • Upgrade the web watch page, to make it easier for viewers to find what they want to watch and immerse themselves in all formats of video (e.g., movies, shorts, live etc).
      • Lead cross-functional UX and engineering teams to deliver value to our web viewers by launching new ideas and iterating based on data.
