The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Product Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Creating customer pleasing products, that delight users and deliver value to healthcare enterprises
Collaborating with industry experts to curate and prioritize an impactful product development backlog of market-differentiating features
Coordinating with a group of Product Owners to ensure best practices processes and ensure consistency and agility in processes
Creating a collaborative and integrated atmosphere, across multiple departments, in order to build, test, deploy, and support the CDI product suite
Supporting other key product areas through coordinated integration efforts and knowledge sharing
Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives
Ensuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties
Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical standards
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 7 years of combined experience as a Product Manager, Chief Product Owner or Product Owner
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND 11 years of combined experience as a Product Manager, Chief Product Owner or Product Owner
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
3 years of combined Software Development, Client Support or Client Operations experience
3 years of demonstrated experience using Agile software development methodology
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Business or Computer Science related field
In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Cross-team project management experience
Certification in Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner role
Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
New product development experience
Microsoft Office and Project proficient
Healthcare data related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience leading a development team during the design and architecture phase
Ability to meet timelines set in project plans and produce a high-quality product
Ability to take individual initiative and responsibility for assignments
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technology
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team
Work location:
Remote
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
