Qualifications you'll bring:

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related-field.

    Equivalent amount of education and directly related experience may be considered.

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in Corporate Communications and/or Marketing. Equivalent amount of education and directly related experience may be considered.

  • Relevant experience in the health insurance or health care industry strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office software: Word/Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel.

  • Demonstrated ability to create copy, review, and edit for digital and print media materials.

  • Ability to be consultative and build consensus on initiatives.

  • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth

  • Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated marketing plans
  • Manage annual advertising campaigns
  • Support internal Sales teams on collateral needs
  • Actively identify and implement new marketing and communications tactics using different mediums to achieve business objectives
  • Manage the flow of work to ensure it is completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain communication and brand standards
  • Provide analysis and reporting as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
