Product Owner (4 resources needed) Remote - with occasional travel (Project Location - Philadelphia, PA)Job Summary: The Product Owner for the Mobile Product Organization will play a crucial role in defining and delivering mobile product features that align with our business goals and user needs. This individual will be responsible for managing the product backlog, translating the product vision into detailed requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of those requirements.Key Responsibilities:1.Product Vision and Strategy: •Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and strategy. •Translate the product vision into a roadmap with clear milestones and deliverables. 2.Backlog Management: •Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. •Define detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. •Ensure that the development team fully understands the requirements and business value of each backlog item. 3.Cross-Functional Collaboration: •Work closely with developers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality mobile features. •Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to gather feedback and ensure the product meets market needs. 4.Release Planning and Management: •Plan and manage product releases, including defining release goals and success metrics. •Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes. 5.User Experience Focus: •Advocate for the end-user, ensuring the product delivers a seamless and engaging user experience. •Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product decisions. 6.Continuous Improvement: •Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. •Implement changes based on user feedback and data analysis to enhance product functionality and user satisfaction.Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus. •3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a mobile product environment. •Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. •Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. •Excellent communication and leadership skills. •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •Passion for mobile technology and staying updated with industry trends.Preferred Skills:•Experience with mobile app development and UX/UI design principles. •Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software. •Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools to inform product decisions.
