We're currently hiring for a Product Owner in our Minneapolis office. Our Product Owner will be a key liaison between the client and specific agency teams from inception of projects through final execution.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for intaking new requests related to their technology needs.
- Responsible for leading internal solutioning discussions including facilitating internal meetings with key resources, providing the voice of both the client and the product, and fully documenting the solution(s).
- Responsible for presenting business context and solution overviews to the following audiences:
- Phaedon Architecture team
- Product Team
- Client Team
- Agile Teams
- Operations / Quality Assurance Teams
- Responsible for asking questions and bringing answers back from client(s) during solutioning / estimating.
- Responsible for client appropriate artifacts (use cases, solution documents, etc.).
- Responsible for gaining client agreement on said artifacts before development begins.
- Responsible for assisting in the breaking down of the work for the project.
- Responsible for answering questions and making requirements/design decisions along the way from client, client services, developers, QA, UAT.
- Responsible for determining what is in/out of scope throughout lifecycle of project.
- Responsible for providing feedback on prioritizations and working between the client team and agile teams to make priority adjustments.
- Responsible for providing status to internal project management on project progress and ensuring that tickets are scheduled appropriately to meet deadlines.
- Responsible for demoing new Tally functionality at team demos.
- Responsible for acting as a Tally subject matter expert for numerous client and internal discussions.
- Responsible for contributing to the product vision and roadmap:
- Suggest strategic product ideas (internal product improvements, long term product goals, etc.).
- Prioritize product improvements (internal, within client budget, etc.).
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
- 5+ years of technical Product Owner, Business Analysis, or Operations experience in an agency or corporate setting
Professional Skills:
- Strong operations and technology acumen
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people at all levels, within cross-functional teams, and directly with clients
- Demonstrated experience meeting deadlines and ensuring the team has what they need to meet theirs
- The ability to identify and resolve or mitigate areas needing clarification
- The ability to be a proactive self-starter, working independently to move projects and tasks forward to completion
- The ability to work in a collaborative team environment and co-lead projects with other product owners
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and with SQL and relational databases

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is: $97,750 - $132,250.
