As a Designer at Two's you will successfully develop designs for both product and packaging.This is a hybrid position, candidate must be able to commute to Elmsford, NY.Responsibilities:Participate in the conceptual development of product lines, i.e., ability to research, communicate and present ideas/concepts effectivelyDevelop new designs and reimagine art across a variety of product categoriesPrepare CADs to be sent to vendors for sampling of productsEnsure that designs are of high quality and consistent with brand standards, market trends, as well as product strategyCollaborate and communicate with key partners throughout the design process including the Product Development TeamDesign and execute package designs, create package die-lines, edit photos, create original graphics and illustrations, and work within brand guidesDevelop product mock-ups, for catalog photoshoots, shows and presentationsAdhere to production schedules to manage time and prioritize daily workloadMonitor competitors, product innovation and market dynamicsPresent ideas, problem solving and design solutions within the scope of a projectManage multiple design projects and product lines with varied deadlinesQualities You Must Have:Degree in Graphic Design, Communication or equivalent2+ years of experienceExperience with children's and teen product and packaging a plusFast, detailed oriented and accurate designerHighly refined and versatile graphic design styleCreative and innovative self-starterExtremely well organized with the ability to handle multiple projectsAbility to work well in a creative team and independentlyExpert in Illustrator and Photoshop.
