Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Warehouse team on product Quality Control initiatives.

• Support secondary vendor and new vendor check-ins, ensuring all products adhere to Ulines quality standards.

• Review returned product for proper documentation and maintain quality records.

• Conduct detailed product testing and inspections to identify quality issues.

• Work with vendors to resolve quality issues and facilitate the return and credit process.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2+ years of quality assurance or vendor management experience.

• Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and organizational skills with relentless attention to detail.

• Able to move packages up to 50 lbs.

• Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.
