Product Return Associate - Modway : Job Details

We are seeking a Product Return Associate to join our operations team.

Day Shift Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday

Key Job Duties:

Inspects the product returned from customers

Records results in customer return database and labels product for distribution

Packs product as instructed and moves to assigned locations for distribution

Communicates with manager/supervisor on any issues with products returned

Follows all safety guidelines

Qualifications:

One or more years of experience working in a warehouse environment in a warehouse operation position.

Ability to lift more than 50lbs

Basic computer data entry skills

Attention to detail

Ability to understand and follow the directions provided on packing tickets and scanning system

Prior scanning and loading products for shipment experience

Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
