Assists customers with product related questions and makes suggestions to help them make the best purchasing decision. Essential Job Functions:

• Act as product knowledge expert including detailed knowledge of products including size, style and other relevant information.
• Assist customers with product related questions.
• Acts as liaison between customers and retail personnel.
• Package, and ship sample orders to customers and clients, as needed.
• Ensure samples and shipping information is accurate.
• Inspect products for defects and damages prior to shipment.
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize product displays.
• Provide support to the Commercial Sales team.
• Work closely with purchasing, sales and retail personnel to fulfill request for product samples.
• Maintain a clean, organized area while maintaining good safety practices.
• Expert understanding of products, including application, safety and handling.
