Assists customers with product related questions and makes suggestions to help them make the best purchasing decision. Essential Job Functions:
- Act as product knowledge expert including detailed knowledge of products including size, style and other relevant information.
- Assist customers with product related questions.
- Acts as liaison between customers and retail personnel.
- Package, and ship sample orders to customers and clients, as needed.
- Ensure samples and shipping information is accurate.
- Inspect products for defects and damages prior to shipment.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize product displays.
- Provide support to the Commercial Sales team.
- Work closely with purchasing, sales and retail personnel to fulfill request for product samples.
- Maintain a clean, organized area while maintaining good safety practices.
- Expert understanding of products, including application, safety and handling.
