As part of GPS, the Intellectual Property (IP) and Confidential Protection (CP) program focuses on evaluating our client's internal initiatives and security posture for development projects. By further evaluating these areas, we can better understand which variables we can manage, and which require security integration. From the point of conception to down cycling, the Product Security Services team works daily to protect projects and support development teams to keep projects moving forward.Working alongside the visionaries within our client teams presents the opportunity to work in highly confidential and unique workspaces. IP & CP is thoughtful in our approach in protecting the client's confidential projects and initiatives by introducing simple solutions that do not impede on creative environments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Confidentiality Lead Responsibilities:· Provides guidance and direction for the planning and execution of Campus IP Sweeps and Secure Storage and any associated projects to mitigate any leaks, theft, or loss of IP & confidential information (CI) related products.· Utilizes standard operating procedures to direct product security for Media Content, User Studies, Data Collection, and Events that involve IP related products on and off campus.· Drives procedures for any operations within the Confidentiality Team that will mitigate the potential leak, theft, or loss of IP related products.· Follows all continuity and consistency of business best practices between GPS, IP & CP, and other Global Security team verticals.· Ensures the GPS strategy and vision is carried out across all IP & CP domains.
Confidentiality Team Responsibilities:· Work with leadership to define short-term and long-term program goals.· Project planning and execution during product development cycle.· Coordinate, plan, and direct daily Product Security Services for the following:- Media content initiatives/Marketing Campaigns (photo/video shoots/testimonials/product launches)- Campus IP Sweeps- Data Collection- User Studies- Events- Secure storage.- Security Service Provider (SSP) management.· Prepare operations orders, daily activity reports, and conduct after action reviews.· Coordinate directly with Security Service Providers and Vendors to schedule and staff projects that require physical presence.· Responsible for the quality of all written deliverables and presentations to leadership.· Support the building & improving of security operations using best practices in risk management, physical security and security management.· Work with client project teams to plan and execute Product Security for confidential projects.· Perform site assessments for satellite locations, M&A, and research centers.· Survey and provide thoughtful solutions / after actions to the Product Security Services Global Manager.· Collaborate with management and cross-functional subject matter experts in security, law, privacy, and other areas to compile information and provide recommendations.
Required Qualifications:· Strong background in physical security with tech integration and logistics planning.· Strong IT skills and knowledge including hardware, software and networks.· Experience with the following:- Secure logistics movements with inventory tracking and management.- Building and maintaining relationships with external business partners.- Project management creation and follow through.- Vendor management.· Possess a high level of emotional intelligence.· Must be able to write clearly and succinctly in technical and non-technical formats and possess excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.· Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays and to handle on-call responsibilities.· 4-years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:· Experience and knowledge of C-TPAT, AEO, TAPA and other industry and/or government security programs.· Experience with working in an international environment and amongst various business cultures.· Project Management Professional Certification preferred.· Ability to focus on the bigger picture, think outside the box with creativity and innovation, and dive deep when required.· Strong collaborator with proven ability to operate successfully with cross functional relationships at all levels of an organization.· Outstanding customer service, communication, and presentation skills as well as excellent planning and organizational skills.· Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.· Demonstrates courage with difficult issues despite personal risk or discomfort.· Ability to travel (including internationally) with little notice to accomplish assignments and responsibilities up to 25% of the time.

Pay Range: $95,000 — $106,000 USD
