Product Service Coordinator - Mattel : Job Details

This role is responsible for overseeing, processing and resolving all consumer returns. It requires expert knowledge of Fisher-Price and Mattel brands to support Global Consumer Services. What Your Impact Will Be: Sort, open and evaluate all domestic returned products and confirm data in the Salesforce systems. Ensure consistency and accuracy in case coding and reports. Identify any service-related quality issues. Address and communicate these issues within the established guidelines. Work with cross functional teams to evaluate returned products and retain for future evaluations. This may include moving to designated areas or shipping to other locations for evaluations. Keep accurate data and attend product, systems and procedure trainings. Move boxes and pallets to locations for storage. Collaborate with Brand Analysts, Parts Procurement and Risk Management to ensure cases are coded correctly and evaluations are being reported to the appropriate teams.
