What you will do:

We are a leading provider of advanced refrigeration solutions, specializing in transcritical CO₂ systems for data centers and other high-demand environments. Our commitment to innovation and sustainability drives us to deliver cutting-edge technologies that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

How you will do it:

We are seeking a skilled Transcritical CO₂ Refrigeration Engineer to oversee and support our advanced refrigeration systems. This role involves monitoring control systems, collaborating with customers to troubleshoot and repair equipment, managing warranty replacements, and providing technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee the performance of transcritical CO₂ refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal operation and promptly addressing any issues.
  • Customer Support and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with customers and end-users to diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, providing clear guidance and solutions.
  • Warranty and Parts Management: Handle warranty claims and coordinate the replacement of parts as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Utilize Salesforce and other tools to document cases, track support activities, and maintain comprehensive service records.
  • Communication: Engage with customers via email and other communication channels to provide updates, technical information, and support.

What we look for:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with refrigeration systems, with a focus on transcritical CO₂ technology.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of refrigeration principles and experience with control systems.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on customer service.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to client sites as required.
