About the role

Product Specialist - ImmunoAssays will be supporting the Product Manager and driving marketing initiatives, downstream product life cycle management, and leading VOC activities in specific product lines, and support the whole ImmunoAssays portfolio, including Infectious Disease, Veterinary, Autoimmunity & inflammation, and more new lines in the future. They work closely with colleagues worldwide in Sales, Marketing Communication, RA & QA, Finance, R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, to deliver in year goals and mid & long term Go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve or add to Healgen Scientific's products.

Provide data-driven design inputs throughout the product's life cycle.

Contribute to the success of customer retention and new sales efforts.

Maintain complete documentation of products and their specifications.

Create and review marketing materials to support sales opportunities as a subject matter expert.

Contribute to product development, launch, and release activities.

Provide technical support as needed.

May perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Travel is limited to marketing events and conferences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field

3-5 years experience

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to navigate, interpret, and analyze scientific literature.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to convey thoughts and ideas verbally and in written communication.
