JOB SUMMARY:
The Product Specialist will support the Product team in the execution of the department strategy for a specific product line. The role will build positive relational equity with counterparts, team members, and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to drive progress.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
* Quantify market potential of model refreshes through understanding end-user and channel partner Jobs to be Done /voice of the customer, that inform sustainably differentiated value opportunities.
* Create engineering change work orders based on unique customer requirements.
* Review and communicate option conflicts to design personnel and support in resolution in bill of material change projects.
* Identify opportunities for rule configuration applications.
* Identify consistent bill of material errors and implement changes to correct the errors.
* Translates sales orders into engineering bill of material.
* Support internal Sales with product information.
* Support various product training programs where needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, Engineering or related field.
* Three (3) or more years of experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ability to travel up to 20% of time.
* Demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation competencies.
Pay Range:
$63,500.00 - $101,700.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
