Planet Technology has partnered with a Dallas area firm to locate a customer product support representative for a contract to hire role.

This is a hybrid role and does require attendance in the office at least 1 day a month.

The Product Support Representative will be the friendly face (or voice) of our client's organization, providing exceptional service to clients and members and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for clients and members, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Address product issues, including enrollment, billing, and renewals
  • Research and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Process customer transactions accurately and securely
  • Promote and explain product benefits and programs
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Uphold company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • At least three years of experience with phone and email support for products (solving problems that are not black & white - may take days to solve due to research to find answer)
  • External client facing
  • Call center environment experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Customer Service/Product service experience
  • Critical/Analytical thinking
  • Reading Comprehension
