TEAM UP WITH US! The Product Support Service Analyst will be responsible for optimizing our product support policies, procedures, and processes. They will also be responsible for the analysis and reporting of metrics and data management for the Product Support Leadership team. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Analyze current and proposed processes to identify key inefficiencies and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Analyze Product Support data and generate trend reports for leadership team.
- Identify areas for improvement based on trends/report findings and provide recommendations to enhance key efficiencies.
- Compile and analyze data from multiple reports that highlight key performance metrics.
- Compile insights and create reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows to increase revenue and lower expenses.
- Collaborate with department leadership to development and implement new processes, policies, and procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make sound judgement.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and data.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, such as financial documents.
- Ability to write reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or employees.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite software with advanced proficiency in Excel, databases, and web-based computer platforms.
