Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Team Director to join our client's growing team. The Product Team Director will be responsible for leading and managing our client's product team, which includes product managers, designers, and developers. This individual will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our clients and align with our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and developers.Develop and execute product strategy, including defining product vision, roadmap, and goals.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to understand client needs and market trends.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and drive product innovation.Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and manage the product backlog.Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products, meeting all project milestones and deadlines.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings.Manage product budget and resources effectively to maximize ROI.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience working in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Our Client Offers:
