SUMMARY:The Product Testing Lead is responsible for leading the Control Tower in Renfro Brands' Product Testing department. The Product Testing Lead is responsible for leading and monitoring Renfro Brand's product testing procedures and operations in accordance with company and customer regulations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads team responsible for executing product testing submissions.
- Collaborates with internal and external parties, including customer accounts and testing service providers.
- Responsible for understanding customer requirements and testing protocols, while also educating internal teams on those requirements and protocols.
- Responsible for managing SKU/Program testing timelines to ensure submits are accurate and executed on time.
- Works closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Brand and Purchasing teams to ensure required materials and information (Packaging, UPC, Content, Item #s, etc.) are available to support submissions as needed.
- Works closely with Sourced Product Vendors and Renfro Asia Team to ensure submissions to foreign testing facilities are submitted accurately and on time.
- Works closely with Manufacturing Teams on domestic production testing needs.
- Responsible for submission of required documentation.
- Responsible for publishing and communicating the tracking of seasonal and annual testing statuses for Programs.
- Identifies roadblocks within the testing process and works directly with responsible areas and or individuals to drive resolution and keep the process moving.
- Keeps management abreast of status and performance of testing process and specific submissions as needed.
- Collaborates with Compliance Team to ensure alignment on pending changes, requirements, product classifications and restrictions that impact product and/or packaging compliance.

QualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Proven work experience in product compliance, quality assurance or similar role
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
- Experience and/or knowledge of hosiery products preferred.
- Experience with D365 and PLM preferred.
