The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality print and digital materials, ensuring that all projects meet our established standards of excellence. This role requires proficiency in design software and a keen eye for detail to deliver effective visual communications. This role is 40/hours a week. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce print and digital assets using InDesign and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with the design team to manage production of direct mail and email campaigns.
- Ensure all materials are print-ready and meet production specifications.
- Manage and organize files for various production projects including templates and module programs.
- Conduct pre-flighting checks to ensure accuracy and quality of output before final production.
- Edit images and graphics as needed to enhance visual appeal and adhere to brand standards.
- Maintain an organized workflow and adhere to project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in InDesign and Adobe XD.
- Experience with print production processes and direct mail campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email design best practices.
- Familiarity with pre-flighting, image editing, and creating print-ready files.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
