Production Assembler | Aerospace - Verstela : Job Details

An aerospace company is adding a skilled Assembler to their team! Perfect for someone with 2 years of manufacturing experience, such as assembly, hand soldering, electrical, cable wire experience, troubleshooting and testing.This is a temporary-to-hire role with an international aerospace manufacturer that's a leader in aerospace design, research and technology. You'll use basic processes to set up, adjust, and operate machinery on production hardware in the facility. • Performs disassembly, assembly, re-work, and testing of various electronic equipment
• Use electric soldering equipment to the IPC-A-610B, Class 3 standard to perform tasks
• Cut prepare and pre-tin wires, prepare batteries, apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding
• Perform a variety of complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly tasks

Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday Day shift, hours varyAssembler Job Requirements:

• High school/GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience
• Minimum of 2 years prior related work experience in electrical/avionics manufacturing/testing environment
• Skilled at simple welding tasks and/or brazing or soldering
• Good manual dexterity required to work with small parts
