Join Lantech as a 1st Shift or 2nd shift Production Assembler in our CLIMATE CONTROLLED facility. We offer a 4-day work week with overtime opportunity, quarterly profitability bonuses , and TONS of opportunity for advancement. Our Assemblers START at **$18.00/hr**

**1st Shift: Mon - Thu, 6am-4:30 pm**

**2nd Shift: Mon - Thu, 3pm - 1:30 am**

As a Production Assembler at Lantech, you will be an important member of the team who will skillfully construct our stretch-wrapping machinery. Production Assemblers get to use their hands and minds to craft our machines, allowing them to directly contribute to the supply line that moves essential goods around the country and the rest of the world.

**Here's a Glimpse at What you'll Do:**

As a Production Assembler you will:

* Assemble mechanical and electrical component for the production of Lantech stretch-wrap machines.

* Follow standardized work.

* Stand 9-10 hours per day.

* Safely use hand and power tools.

We are look for someone who:

* Displays knowledge and prior use of hand tools.

* Is willing and able to work overtime to complete project and/or meet scheduling deadlines.

* Has proven experience working in a fast-paced production environment

* Has 1+ years of assembly experience or repairing small engines.

* Has a high school or equivalent diploma (additional training from vocational or trade school is a plus)

* Is able to pass a pre-employment physical demand screen (includes a work simulation; lifting up to 50 lbs.)

* Is able to pass a pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background screen.

* Is authorized to work in the U.S.
