Production Assembler1st Shift, Monday - Friday Starting rate of pay is $15.75 per hour; $0.50 increase and full benefits following a 90-day probationary period. Essential job functions for a Production Assembler: Repetitive and non-repetitive assembly of small parts Perform daily tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager Use hand-held and power tools in assembly operations Pull raw materials for assembly of products Minimum requirements needed to apply for the Production Assembler position: Possess good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to efficiently assemble small parts Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to work individually or as part of a team Minimum of one year's assembly experience in a manufacturing environment Must be flexible and be willing to work in any area assigned Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment Able to work overtime as required Maintain acceptable attendance record Authorization to work in the United States Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen Benefits offered to the Production Assembler following a successful 90-day probationary period: Ability to participate in the Emco Wheaton Retail Benefit Plan (including medical, dental, vision and disability) Ability to participate in the Emco Wheaton Retail 401(k) Plan including company match Paid vacation Ten paid holidays per year Job Application
