Production Assembler - Flowly Solutions : Job Details

Flowly Solutions is hiring several assemblers for our production team.These are full time positions with the goal of having you grow within the company. We are open to training the right candidate but prefer that you have prior experience as an assembler or in a production environment.The schedule is Monday through Friday with potential required overtime. We are flexible on the exact working hours and can accommodate most schedules. We do not offer weekend work.We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.Responsibilities:Assembling components based on customer specificationFollowing blueprints effectively to properly put together the productsUsing hand and power tools effectivelyPerforming quality checks on the final product to ensure there are no defectsPackaging, labeling and preparing items for shipmentPalletizing the boxes for pickupUsing our computer system to keep track of orders and your workWorking directly with a team and taking instruction from your managerLearning new skills and growing in the positionQualifications:Prior experience as an assembler is preferredThe ability to follow detailed instructionsRemaining quality focused with all of your workThe ability to lift 25 poundsReliable transportation to workNo formal education is requiredBenefits:Competitive pay and bonuses are offered for high performing employeesPay range from $19.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experienceCompetitive medical and dental insurance plans401k retirement plansHoliday PayFlowly Solutions is an EEO - equal opportunity employer
