Job Description We are searching for an innovative Production Assembler to join our team and ensure quality products are delivered on time. The Production Assembler responsibilities will include, mechanical assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, following manufacturing process instructions, and performing various tests on products. RbM offers a clean climate-controlled facility where the work is not repetitive and boring. To be a successful production technician, you should display great attention to detail and a sound understanding of what makes a good product.

  • Assemble and inspect equipment by:
  • Closely following work instructions.
  • Using various hand tools and fixtures.
  • Strictly following health and safety procedures and policies.
  • Cleaning assemblies.
  • Obtaining needed components, tools and supplies.
  • Inspecting all aspects of work performed to verify compliance to requirements.
  • Perform testing on assemblies.
  • Complete all job and unit paperwork legibly and accurately.
  • Advise supervision of needs to correct documentation.
  • Obtain assistance when problems arise.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Cleaning work area.
  • Minor preventative maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Required Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role or equivalent.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Dependable.
