Production Assembler - Staffmark Group : Job Details

Staffmark, in partnership with a leading client in West Memphis, AR, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Production Assembler to join our growing team. This is a key role in the assembly line process, where you will work alongside a collaborative manufacturing team to ensure efficient and accurate production. Pay and Schedule:

* Pay: $16.00 per hour

* Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

* Overtime: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional mandatory weekend overtime

As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly line operations, focusing on building displays and ensuring a smooth production process.

Key responsibilities include:

* Assemble and build displays according to production specifications and blueprints.

* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.

* Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

* Manage and organize materials needed for assembly, ensuring they are available and in good condition.

* Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.

* Adhere to all safety and company policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

* Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours per day.

* Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching are required.

* Ability to handle and manipulate various tools and components.

* Capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
