Production Assembler - Peoplelink Staffing Solutions : Job Details

Peoplelink Staffing in Clare has partnered with a Manufacturing facility in Gladwin, MI who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for a long-term career. The ideal candidate will need to have Production/Assembly experience, and be available to start right away. Pay: $16.50/hr. Shift: Full-Time, 1st (Monday-Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm) Production Assembler Responsibilities:

• Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment.
• Assemble and prepare goods for shipment.
• Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products.
• Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses.
• Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process.
• Utilize machinery such as forklifts to load orders.
• Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery.
• Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations.

Production Assembler Qualifications:

• Prior Factory Experience
• MUST Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass Background, Drug Screening and Client Required Training
• Must be able to work 8-12-hour shifts,
• Must be able to work some weekends.
• Must have some prior factory experience.
