• Pay increase every 6 months in the first year!

3 Available Shifts:

• Rotating Shifts: 2 weeks on 1st shift and 2 weeks on 2nd shift (premium shift pay)
• 1st Shift 6 AM-2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift 4:30 PM 12:30 AM (premium shift pay)

Qualifications:

• NO experience is needed we complete on-the-job training
• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work in a fast-paced factory production assembly environment around conveyors and forklifts
• Able to continuously walk, stand, and occasional reach throughout your shift.
• Able to lift and carry parts up to max of 40 lbs.
• Available to work overtime, as required.

Production Assembly Associate work in Stamping, Welding, Painting, Die Casting, Machining, and Automobile Assembly. Alabama Auto Plant operates power tools, paint spray guns and welders. Associates may be assigned to different workstations as production assembly needs change. Quick Facts:
