Join our team as a Production Assembly Technician I and play a critical role in assembling and testing electronic components that help drive our success. In this hands-on position, you'll work with cutting-edge technology and equipment to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality.
What You'll Do:As a
Production Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating both automatic and semi-automatic machines in a continuous production process. You'll monitor key parameters such as flow ratios, pressures, and temperatures to ensure everything aligns with our process specifications.In this role you will:
- Utilize soldering techniques to securely attach SMT and through-hole components.
- Conduct electrical testing and inspections to ensure product functionality.
- Assemble electronic components onto PCB boards using hand and power tools.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and assemblies according to layout plans, blueprints, and SOPs.
A Typical Day Includes:- Performing electrical tests and inspections using specialized tools and equipment.
- Assembling electronic components onto PCB boards, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Reading and interpreting schematic drawings for accurate assembly and troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth production flow.
