  • 1st (Mon - Fri 6:00 am – 2:30 pm)
  • 2nd (Mon - Fri 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm)
  • 3rd (Sun - Thurs 10:00 pm – 6:30 am)
  • Voluntary Weekends and Over-Time Available
Pay:
  • 1st: $17/hr
  • 2nd: $17.75/hr ($17.00/hr + $0.75/hr shift premium)
  • 3rd: $18.00/hr ($17.00/hr + $1.00/hr shift premium)
  • Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Paycard
  • $0.50 raise after training is completed
  • 1.5x and 2x available

Job Summary:Production Machine Operators are responsible for producing high quality custom engineered products in a safe manner. Employees may work in different areas of production, including Cold-Heading, Heat Treat, Plating, Sorting and Collation. To be successful, you must embody great attitude, attendance, and performance.Job Description:
  • Sort and pack parts with accuracy and speed.
  • Manufacture cassettes, rivets, and other products.
  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments/maintenance to ensure machine efficiency.
  • Ensure work area is prepped, clean, and organized throughout duration of shift.
  • Ensure machines run to maximum efficiency and meet all quality standards.
  • Work independently to complete tasks and work within a team to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure daily history sheets, manufacturing packs, and all other related paperwork are filled out correctly and all data is recorded in the computer.
  • Forklift training and operation may be added to daily tasks.
  • Enter items correctly into the ERP system.
  • Any and all other job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding that Safety and Quality are our first priority
  • Ability to measure parts using a thickness gauge and coating weights
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Punctuality, positivity, team player attitude
  • Ability to grip, push, and pull carts
  • Ability to lift and position parts up to 50 lbs periodically
  • Ability to bend and stand for duration of shift.
