You demonstrate a passion for the brand, specifically accessories and footwear, inspire individuals and rely on leadership skills to plan and accomplish goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate daily with all vendors/agents regarding changes/updates in all phases of production process
  • Update and maintain delivery extensions, early shipments, air shipments, etc.in the RLM system
  • Upload and maintain final order quantities in PLM
  • Track and maintain bulk delivery schedule with overseas factories and logistics team; maintain WIP
  • Track global booking reports
  • Communicate daily with internal product development, merchants, and global partners to maintain calendar dates and achieve floor set dates
  • Assist with updating reports for weekly publications
  • Assist with Women's and Men's line sheet set up for each season, including style splitting in PLM, style master creation, NRF table maintenance, style # creation, etc.
  • Manage Style Master Data Extract review/ updates in RLM and assign/ maintain UPC description for all SKU's
  • Issue UPC information for all divisions to factories each season
  • Assist with ordering price tickets and approving daily QR orders with supplier for all ACC Divisions
  • Distribute global HTS data to all vendor partners each season
  • Assist in tracking and checking in all post-market samples and assist in communication with external and internal partners
  • Assist with ECOMM copy requests and tracking excel document
  • Assist with new factory setup in RLM, contract set up forms, and updating the master vendor chart
  • Maintain and disseminate global shipping manuals and packaging standards/changes
  • Prepare and mail international and domestic packages for the accessories production department

You'll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in production, supply chain or related field
  • 0-2 years of Production experience in Apparel or Accessories
  • Excellent follow-up, negotiation and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to easily collaborate with all internal and external partners
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excel proficiency
