We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various production tasks and ensuring efficient operations.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Review Travelers for tasks for the day.
  • Update Traveler with production quantity and materials used per shift/per day.
  • Organize completed pieces for next process.
  • Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure all production demands are met.
  • Maintain a clean area and tools used.
  • Comply with all OSHA and ISO standards.
  • Maintain ITAR standards.
  • Complete quality assurance on goods and products.
  • Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in the warehouse.
  • Organize goods/raw material in an easy-to-access process.
  • Utilize machinery such as forklifts, as needed.
  • Maintain the quality and upkeep of the equipment on the production floor.
  • Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations.
  • Coordinate production with team supervisors.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by production managers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Bilingual in other languages but not required.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
