Let your career thrive with VOLT!Volt is immediately hiring for Production Associate in Fort Worth, TX.**Weekly Pay** **Great Company Culture** **4 day work week**As a Production Associate you will be responsible for:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • You will contribute to the growth of our business by being a key player in safely producing quality corrugated products for our customers.
  • Support machine operation by assisting with the setup of orders according to customer specifications, following order readiness process of efficiently preparing the right tools to complete the job.
  • Assist in performing quality checks by inspecting a first article, and articles throughout the order to identify errors, ensuring quality product along with monitoring equipment and raw materials.
  • Support in monitoring production metrics to accurately track progress of production rates, quality, maintenance and downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area by following post order cleaning process.
This is a full-time Temp-to-Hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution and 1+ years of work experience within a corrugated manufacturing environment or 2+ years manufacturing experience in a high paced environment.
  • Previous experience with reading a tape measure to within 1/16” measurement.
  • Previous experience applying math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to reach and grasp up to 6+ hours per shift.
  • Must be able to stand for 6+ hours per shift.
  • Must Demonstrate accuracy and detailed work.
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday to Thursday 2:30pm – 1:00amPay Rate: $17-19 per hour.
