**Job Title: Production Associate**

**Job Description**

Efficiently sort and stack products according to company guidelines. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet required specifications. Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production process. Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products. Keep a detailed record of products assembled and report any discrepancies.

**Hard Skills**

+ Inspecting material coming off the line

+ Stacking the product

+ Palletizing product

+ Loading material into the sealer

+ Comfortable being on feet all day

+ Lifting 25-35 pounds repetitively

**Job Type**

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Ridgeville, South Carolina.

**Work Environment**

This will be a clean room / manufacturing environment. The reason for hiring is due to being overworked and issues with the caliber of current talent. Candidates should be prepped that they will come into a work environment where folks are stressed, but everyone will be grateful for new team members and will want to see them succeed since help is needed. Steel Toes, T-shirt, long pants, and hair net/beard net (if applicable) are required. Hours: 1st shift production worker $17-18/hr, 6:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday.
