Manufacturing Technician for various shifts 1st, 2nd to assist the production team to ensure an efficient operation of the manufacturing process $17- to $20 an hour. 1st shift-7 am to 4pm (Mon thru Friday) 2nd shift-3pm to Midnight Mon thru Friday) ResourceMFG is actively hiring manufacturing technician, with work starting immediately. Responsibilities Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment, including assembly machines, conveyors, and packaging machinery. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments, to ensure optimal equipment performance. Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, performing minor repairs as needed. Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation and maintenance. Assist in setting up and adjusting production lines for different product runs. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets. Identify and address production bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
