Production Associate - SRS Distribution : Job Details

The Production Associate produce aluminum gutter products by running coil through roll forming machine.Package finished products in boxes and prepare for shipment.EssentialRun aluminum coil through machinery to produce downspouts and elbows.Duties:Place downspouts and elbows in appropriate box and packaging; seal and label box.Organize finished boxes onto skids.Test finished product according to predetermined specs.Pull customer orders of box/skids and prepare for shipment.Load orders on truck.Receive coil into inventory.Perform cycle counts on inventory.Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on machinery.Load coil onto machine.Change dies on machine.Count and put away inventory and supplies.Perform all duties in a safety conscious manner.Maintain a safe working environment including housekeeping duties.Ability to work overtime hours and weekends as needed.Qualifications:Pass a fitness for duty physical and a drug screen.Skills Required:Ability to perform repetitive process at a consistently high level.Desire to work with heavy machinery.Ability to use forklift in a safe manner.Attention to detail and strong organization skills.Effective verbal and written communication skillsPhysical Requirements:Ability to work in warehouse environment year-round.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand for long periods at a time.Job Location:Tru-Seam Metal Solutions - Williamsburg3730 State Route 133 Williamsburg, OH 45176Equal Opportunity Employer.Veteran Friendly Employer.
